COMMUNITY CHRISTIAN CHILDREN’S CHOIR

Led by Susie Marshall, this choir reaches out to children throughout West Point to teach them the gospel and give them an opportunity to sing their praises to God.

COMPASSION INTERNATIONAL

Through Compassion International our church actively promotes sponsorships of individual children in impoverished countries to support their spiritual, health and educational needs.

DUGAN NURSING HOME

Our church works in concert with other congregations in West Point to lead Sunday morning worship at the local nursing home.

FOOD PANTRY DRIVE

Once a month we collect canned and dry goods for Project Homestead of Clay County’s food pantry to help meet the basic needs of the poor in our community.

GIDEONS INTERNATIONAL

Our church supports the Gideon ministry financially and by hosting its regular meetings. Several of our members are Gideons.

GIFTS FOR THE KING

This alternative Christmas giving program allows individuals to make honorary gifts to their friends and family by giving to local and foreign missions.

KENYA MISSION TRIP

First Pres takes a group to Kenya every other year to build churches and Christian schools and to join in Christian fellowship with believers on the other side of the world.

OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD

Through Samaritan’s Purse our congregation fills shoeboxes with toiletries, toys and notes of encouragement for children in developing countries.

CLAY COUNTY JAIL MINISTRY

Members of our church provide Bible Study and worship experiences for inmates at the Clay County Jail three times a week. If you are interested in learning more please contact the church office.
